Booking Policies

We’re honored you’re considering Bridal by Haydee for your special day. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please review the following policies before booking:

Booking & Availability

• All dates are reserved on a first come, first served basis.

• A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your wedding date.

• Without both in place, your date remains open and is subject to booking by another client.

Retainers & Payments

• All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

• Final balances paid by venmo or credit card are due one week prior to wedding date.

Minimum Booking Requirement

• To ensure proper staffing and availability for our weekend weddings, the following minimums apply:

• All weekend weddings (Friday–Sunday) may require a minimum of 12 total services. Bride HMU + 5 others for HMU

• Weekend bookings with Haydee are reserved for weddings that include the bride plus at least 3 additional makeup services. 

• Brides without a bridal party may reserve a weekend date exclusively with a Lead Hair & Makeup Artist of Bridal by Haydee who provides both hair and makeup services with no additional service requirement.

Team & Additional Artists

• Our bridal team includes two additional experienced artists when reserving your date exclusively with Haydee.

• If additional support is required due to party size or timeline, a fee of $200 per additional artist will apply.

Trial Sessions

• Trial sessions are highly recommended and are scheduled separately from the wedding day. 3-6 months in advanced is recommended. 

• Trials give us the opportunity to design and refine your dream look so that everything runs smoothly on the big day.

• Please note: Trial appointments do not guarantee your date is reserved unless a contract and retainer have been submitted.

Travel & On-Location Services

• Travel fees apply and are based on your getting-ready location.

• Any additional expenses such as valet, parking, or tolls are the responsibility of the client and will be added to your invoice.

Holiday & Premium Dates

• Holiday and high-demand dates may incur higher rates.

• Saturdays book quickly, so we encourage early planning and booking.

Early Morning Fees

• Start times before 6:00 AM may incur an early morning fee, depending on location and travel time.

​

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• All retainers are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation.

• In the event of rescheduling, a new date is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. A new contract and retainer may be required to secure the new date.

• If the event is rescheduled with less than 30 days’ notice, a fee may apply.

Policy Reminders

• All pricing, policies, and availability are subject to change at any time prior to signing.

• Once booked, your rate and services are locked in as outlined in your agreement.
