Haydee requires a minimum booking of Bridal Hair & Makeup plus four additional services, which may be a combination of Hair and/or Makeup services.

For bridal parties requiring additional artists, all services must be confirmed at the time of booking to ensure artist availability and proper scheduling for your wedding day.

Hairstyling Trial– $300

During your bridal hair trial, spend dedicated one-on-one time with Haydee designing a hairstyle that complement's your features, dress, overall bridal aesthetic, and personal comfort. Together, we’ll refine every detail — from texture and volume to placement and longevity — ensuring your final look feels effortless, timeless, and beautifully you for your wedding day.

All styles are available at this rate, excluding Hollywood waves. Pricing may vary depending on hair length and texture. ( Extensions Required)

Please Note: An additional fee may apply for clients with long, thick, or very curly hair. To ensure accurate pricing, please discuss your hair type and desired style in advance. Failure to do so may result in additional charges on the day of your appointment.

Makeup Trial– $300

Spend two hours with Haydee curating a customized bridal makeup look designed to enhance your natural features and elevate your overall bridal vision. During your trial, we’ll also discuss personalized skincare recommendations to help you achieve a radiant, glass-like glow for your wedding day.

Combined Hair & Makeup Trial– $500

Associate Rates can be provided and customized based on your desired look and bridal party size.

Please Note: An additional fee may apply for clients with long, thick, or very curly hair, as well as those adding hair extensions. To ensure accurate pricing, please discuss your hair type and desired style with your artist in advance. Failure to do so may result in additional charges on the day of your event.

Makeup Service– $185

Includes skin prep, customized full-face makeup, and lashes. Designed to enhance your natural features and provide a long-lasting, flawless finish.

Booking Policies

We’re honored you’re considering Bridal by Haydee for your special day. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please review the following policies before booking:

Booking & Availability

All dates are reserved on a first come, first served basis.
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your wedding date.
Without both in place, your date remains open and is subject to booking by another client.

Retainers & Payments

All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Final balances paid by venmo or credit card are due one week prior to wedding date.

Minimum Booking Requirement

To ensure proper staffing and availability for our weekend weddings, the following minimums apply:
All weekend weddings (Friday–Sunday) may require a minimum of six service total per artist.
Brides without a bridal party may reserve a weekend date exclusively with a Lead Hair & Makeup Artist of Bridal by Haydee who provides both hair and makeup services with no additional service requirement.

Team & Additional Artists

Our bridal team are selected artists that freelance and uphold the same level of skill Haydee is known
For larger groups, additional artists may be needed to ensure a smooth timeline, which may incur additional staffing fees.

Trial Sessions

Trial sessions are highly recommended and are scheduled separately from the wedding day. 3-6 months in advanced is recommended.
Trials give us the opportunity to design and refine your dream look so that everything runs smoothly on the big day.
Please note: Trial appointments do not guarantee your date is reserved unless a contract and retainer have been submitted.

Travel & On-Location Services

Travel fees apply and are based on your getting-ready location.
Any additional expenses such as valet, parking, or tolls are the responsibility of the client and will be added to your invoice.

Holiday & Premium Dates

Holiday and high-demand dates may incur higher rates.
Saturdays book quickly, so we encourage early planning and booking.

Early Morning Fees

Start times before 6:00 AM may incur an early morning fee, depending on location and travel time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made in writing.
All retainers are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation.
In the event of rescheduling, a new date is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. A new contract and retainer may be required to secure the new date.
If the event is rescheduled with less than 30 days’ notice, a fee may apply.

All pricing, policies, and availability are subject to change at any time prior to signing.
Once booked, your rate and services are locked in as outlined in your agreement.
